Both plans grant the same broad commercial usage rights described below, with no attribution required. They differ only in how many tracks you can download each month:

The License, In Plain Words

Every track you download from the EdiTed Music library comes with a broad, worldwide right to use it in your work — no fine print, no royalties, no residuals. Anything you publish while your plan is active stays cleared forever.

• Use it in ads, YouTube and social videos, podcasts, films, TV, corporate video, apps, games, and client work.
• Monetize the content you make with it — ad revenue, sponsorships, product sales, whatever your business model is.
• No attribution required. You don't have to credit EdiTed Music or the track.
• The license is granted per account and is non-exclusive (other subscribers may also license the same track). Content you created and published while your subscription was active stays licensed forever — but using a track in new material requires an active subscription. If you cancel, your already-published work remains cleared; you just can't put your downloaded tracks into new projects until you subscribe again.

The one thing you can't do: resell, redistribute, or sub-license the track as a standalone audio file — for example, re-uploading it to another stock-music or sample library, or distributing it to streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) as your own song. You're licensed to use the track as part of your content, not to sell the track itself.

What This License Actually Is

Every track in our library was created by us using AI music-generation platforms. We want to be upfront about what that means legally.

Under current U.S. Copyright Office guidance, purely AI-generated works — where a human only supplies a prompt — generally do not qualify for copyright protection. So this isn't a license of any underlying copyright: it's a contractual usage permission from us. It is not a transfer of copyright ownership, and it is not an exclusivity grant.

Some tracks (generated with Google's Lyria / Flow Music models) carry an inaudible SynthID watermark identifying them as AI-generated. It has no effect on audio quality or on anything you're permitted to do with the track. Separately, every track you download also carries its own inaudible, account-linked watermark — we use it only to trace unauthorized redistribution outside the terms above, never to restrict your legitimate use.

These tracks are AI-composed, not human-composed, and nothing on this page should be read to suggest otherwise.

YouTube & Content ID Claims

Our promise: we created every track in this library ourselves, we hold no copyright registrations against them, and we will never file — or authorize anyone to file — a copyright or Content ID claim against your licensed use.

Every download also emails you a license certificate PDF — license_certificate.pdf — with your license ID, the track title, the date, and your account email. Keep it.

If you ever receive a Content ID match or a platform claim on a video using a licensed track:

1. Dispute the claim on the platform, attaching or referencing your license_certificate.pdf as proof of license.
2. If the claim hasn't released within a few days, email us at EdiTedMusicMain@gmail.com with your license ID and the claim details.
3. We'll resolve the claim, and if needed, replace the track or refund the credits — whichever gets you unblocked fastest.

Limitation of Liability

If a track ever has a rights problem we can't resolve, your sole and exclusive remedy is replacement of the track or a refund of the fees you paid for it — that's the full extent of what we owe you.

Our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or related to this license is capped at the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months before your claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, or costs arising from a platform takedown or claim.

Nothing on this page is an indemnity. We do not agree to defend you or pay damages to any third party on your behalf.

All tracks are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind beyond the promises explicitly stated on this page.
